Resident Services Lead
Hailey Maggelet serves as Resident Services Coordinator at Call to Action Philanthropies, where she is leading the launch of a resident services program for the CTA affordable housing communities in Iowa, Utah, and Nevada. Her work focuses on implementing support services that address residents’ most pressing needs, including stability, access to resources, and long-term opportunity. Prior to her current role, she worked in multifamily development at Brinshore Development and began her career as a Fannie Mae underwriting analyst.
Beyond her role at Call to Action, Hailey also serves as Director of Sponsorship for the Colorado Women’s Affordable Housing Network and as a member of the Women Who Succeed Scholarship Committee, where she helps expand opportunities for women through mentorship and financial support.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, with minors in Real Estate and Business Economics. Outside of work, Hailey is an avid skier and traveler who enjoys staying active and exploring new places.
